Joseph graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2006 and then fulfilled a federal clerkship with the Honorable Robert C. Jones of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Joseph began his career in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he gained invaluable experience representing Fortune 500 companies in high-profile commercial litigation across the country. In 2011, Joseph moved to Wick Phillips, which provided a platform to represent a more diverse group of clients, ranging from large corporations to small businesses to individuals. After thirteen years at Wick Phillips, Joseph joined Rimon in 2024.
Joseph is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who takes pride in his ability to persuasively advocate for his clients in the courtroom, as a skilled brief-writer, and while negotiating dispute resolution. While he takes great satisfaction in prevailing for clients in a hard-fought case, Joseph has learned the importance of clearly understanding and then pursuing the client’s objectives, always bearing in mind the significant costs of litigating. To that end, Joseph prioritizes efficiency and looks for opportunities to utilize alternative dispute resolution.
Joseph is a proud father to his two daughters, often coaching their basketball teams and spending time camping, fishing, boating, and otherwise being in nature with his family. He is also actively involved in his community, including volunteering to lead various church youth groups and serving as the head of the Dallas chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, an alumni organization.
