Steven J. Toy

Steven is a M&A and private equity lawyer based in London, United Kingdom. He advises private equity institutions and other forms of financial sponsor, both in the United Kingdom and globally, on a wide range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, “one-stop” financings, co-investments, equity rollover, incentive equity arrangements and restructurings. He has extensive experience with cross-border transactions between the U.S. and Europe.
