Tom O’Connor represents institutional investors, insurance companies, investment funds and non-traditional lenders in connection with private credit, direct lending and private placement transactions involving issuers or borrowers located around the globe.
Tom’s representation include investment grade and below investment grade secured and unsecured financings, mezzanine capital financings and acquisition finance transactions. He is experienced with the complex corporate law and intercreditor aspects of transactions, both in the United States and abroad, and in connection with the modifications and restructurings of such investments at other points in the business cycle.
Tom is a fellow, and a former president and trustee, of the American College of Investment Counsel.
